Please Note: Our patients are welcome to use our driveway for parking if it is available. Otherwise street parking is easily available.

From Manhattan & Western Queens: Long Island Expressway (I495) East to Main Street (Exit 23 ). At the light make a right onto Main Street. Proceed 1 mile to Jewel Avenue. Right on Jewel. The office is ½ block on the left.

From Westchester and North: Whitestone Bridge to Whitestone Expressway. Continue south stay left to merge onto the Van Wyck Expressway (toward JFK). Proceed to the next exit past the LIE (I495) and exit at Jewel Avenue (Exit 11). Left at the light, the office is ½ mile on right.

From Nassau: LIE (I495) west to Main Street (Exit 23). Proceed 1 mile to Jewel Avenue. Right on Jewel Avenue. Office is ½ block on the left.

Alternative from Nassau: Grand Central Parkway west to Jewel Avenue. Right onto Jewel, proceed past the Van Wyck office is ½ mile from Van Wyck on right.

Local: We are located ½ block form the southwest corner of Jewel Avenue and Main Street.

Express bus: QM4 Runs every 30 minutes from midtown.

Subway: D,E,R,G,V trains to 71st AV, Forest Hills. Take the Q64 to Jewel & Main Street. Cross Main Street and walk ½ block from the intersection..
